Reserving / Booking a SugarNspice Kitten of your Choosing
SugarNspice Ragdolls are dedicated to producing adorable, well socialised, healthy kittens and breed solely for quality not quantity. Due to our high ethics and committment to producing only the healthiest of kittens as well as maintaining the good health and wellbeing of all of our breeders, we do limit the number of litters that we will produce each year and therefore have a small waiting list for impending arrivals.

To be placed onto our waiting list we require for you to share a little about yourself, home and family as well as what you are looking for regarding colour / pattern and sex. Sharing as much information as you can about your daily activities and routine is extremely helpful and assists to ensure that the kitten you choose will fit in with your lifestyle. All kittens have very unique personalities and sometimes the kitten you choose may not be suitable to your individual circumstances.

There are two ways to secure one of our very special Ragdoll kittens.

Option 1 - Via our Waiting List.
The first way is to secure a position onto our waiting list as a Confirmed Booking where a $200 deposit (Au) will confirm your reservation and guarantee you a position onto our official waiting list. With receipt of this deposit your choice will be in the order that we have received deposits, for the first available kitten that meets your requirements (sex, colour and pattern). The remainder owing for the kitten falls due when you come to collect your kitten at approximately 12 weeks of age.

Option 2 - When a kitten is already born.
The second way to secure a kitten is to wait until we have a kitten already born and / or who is featured our “Available Page” of the site. Occasionally from time to time we may have a kitten that perhaps does not meet the requirements of the confirmed booking /reservation list. With this alternative, there is no choice of other kittens - you will be reserving the kitten as featured in the picture or as advised by us accordingly. Should you decide to use this option, you will be required to pay a $200 deposit to hold the kitten for you and the remainder will be payable at collection.

*With both options, the reservation deposit is non refundable except at our discretion under extenuating circumstances. For example, if you have chosen to use the waiting list option and if we are unable to provide a kitten suitable to your requirements within a reasonable time frame then your booking deposit will be refunded in full. In the event that we withdraw the sale of any particular kitten for any extenuating circumstances then your money will also be refunded in full. We do NOT refund for change of mind and will refund only at our discretion for extenuating circumstances at your end, so please think carefully before placing an official reservation.

*Please note that bookings are given priority in the order that the deposit has been received. Please note also that we retain our right to always have first choice of all kittens. We also retain our right to withdraw the sale of any kitten to any person /family we deem unsuitable.

*Please also understand that no kitten is ever considered “fully reserved” until the applicable deposit has been receipted depending on whichever option you have chosen to secure your new kitten. The remaining balance is payable at pickup /collection.

*Please also note that all kittens are sold with a “Details of Sale” contract. This contract will state all obligations for both the seller and the purchaser, any conditions that may apply to the sale as well as general details regarding the actual sale.

Payment of deposit:
The reservation deposit and final payment owing on your kitten can be paid via cash, cheque or bank deposit only.
